The Challenge
- A custom mold was too expensive for a test launch.
- Most factories turned down their small order or offered only a few styles, often in black only.
- Earlier suppliers could not give them a reliable delivery date.

- Suggested a low-budget, small-batch program built around their own brand.
- Offered 10 popular sports frames from our existing range, with more than 50 color options.
- Added their logo to the chosen styles and arranged a small first order.

The branded sunglasses arrived on time. The trial went well, the client placed a repeat order, and they now restock with us on a regular cycle.
