Our 8-person R&D team works on frame structure, lens shape and fit. They handle 3D structural design, 3D-printed prototypes and DFM checks, so design issues are solved before any mold is made.
The team develops 5–15 new styles each year, and our frame and lens designs are backed by 200+ valid patents.
When you are ready to launch, we can also provide product photography and graphic design.
Production You Can Check
Production runs in our own factory, from mold making and injection molding to painting and lens assembly in a dust-free area.
Bulk orders follow the pre-production sample you approve, and every finished pair goes through 100% final inspection before shipment. A final inspection report is available on request.
You can also send a third-party inspector before shipment or book a factory audit in advance.

Standard logo orders start at 300 pcs per model per color. Smaller trial orders can be reviewed case by case.
How long do samples and bulk orders take?
Timing depends on the model, customization and quantity. We confirm a production schedule once your project details are agreed.
Can you provide certificates and test reports?
Oui. Certificate copies and product test reports are shared by project, based on the model and target market. See our Certifications.
How do you protect our designs?
We can sign an NDA before you share files. Designs you provide remain yours, and molds you pay for serve only your project.
