What is the Minimum Order Quantity (Quantité minimale de commande) for logo customization?
The MOQ is 300 pieces per model per color. Smaller first orders can be discussed case by case.
Do I need to pay for a physical branded sample?
Oui. Branded samples are charged, and the buyer covers international shipping. Sample fees can be paid via PayPal.
How long does private label production take?
It depends on the style, the amount of customization and the order quantity. Once your sample is approved and the deposit is received, we give you a confirmed production schedule.
Can you provide test reports for my market?
Oui. Product test reports and third-party test documents are available. Tell us your target market when you contact us, and we will confirm what applies to your styles.
