What is the Minimum Order Quantity (Quantité minimale de commande) for custom OEM projects?
It depends on the design, materials and colors. We confirm the quantity after reviewing your drawings or samples, so include your target quantity when you contact us.
Do you charge for OEM prototyping and samples?
Physical samples are charged, and the buyer covers international shipping. Sample fees can be paid via PayPal.
What are your standard payment terms for bulk production?
Bulk orders require a 30% deposit to commence production, avec le 70% balance settled before shipment.
Do you offer a warranty on manufactured eyewear?
Bulk orders carry a one-year warranty. Any quality issue is reviewed case by case against the approved sample and order details.
