We model the frame, lens and fit in 3D, so proportions and key details are agreed early.

Printed samples let you hold the design and check its shape, fit and feel before any mold is made.

We review each design for molding and assembly, so it moves smoothly into mass production.
Designed Around the Sport
Each sport asks something different of a frame and lens. Cyclists ride in changing light under a helmet, anglers deal with glare off the water, and runners want a light, stable fit.
We start from how and where your product will be worn, then develop the frame structure and lens options, such as polarized or photochromic, to match.
