Inside Our Workshop
Tooling & Molds
Our in-house mold workshop builds and adjusts molds to match your approved design, so changes do not wait on an outside toolmaker.
Molding & Surface Finishing
TR90 and other frame materials are injection-molded on our own lines, then painted to match the color and finish of your sample.
Lens Cutting & Assembly
Lenses are cut to shape and fitted to frames in a dust-free assembly area, which keeps dust and marks off the lens surface.
From Approved Sample to Shipment
Pre-Production Sample
You confirm the color, lens and logo details on a physical sample before production starts.
Bulk Production
Frames, lenses and logos are produced to the colors, materials and details of the approved sample.
100% Final Inspection
Every finished pair is checked for appearance and function, and an inspection report is available.
Packing & Shipment
Each order is packed to your packaging requirements and prepared for export shipping.
